Returns
We accept returns only if:
You received a damaged, leaking, or wrong product.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and clear product photos.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
Note: Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
No Return / No Refund Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
The product is opened or partially used.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
The product was stored improperly after delivery.
Exchange Option
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we can also replace the product instead of refunding — depending on availability.
